We never report derogatory findings about any professional unless and until we notify them and launch an automatic appeal process – giving them the opportunity to see the results, correct inaccuracies, supplement with additional information, and otherwise assist us in “getting it right.” All of our staff are trained to treat people with courtesy, and every employee of Secure Insight has undergone the same scrutiny we apply to closing agents.
Finally, Secure Insight employs strict data privacy, data protection, and confidentiality policies to ensure that private information provided to us is handled in accordance with law, as we ourselves would want such information handled if it were our own. To verify this measure, we have submitted to and passed independent SSAE 16 certification, comply with IAPP and PCI DSS data privacy and security standards, and carry A-rated insurance coverage for our business, including cyber liability coverage.
