Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested to banks, mortgage lenders, credit unions and other financial service providers, and also insurers who may have an interest in offering you errors and omissions insurance and fidelity and surety bonds so that you can meet regulatory and client risk requirements.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We limit the number of our employees with access to your information to those who need it to do their jobs and these employees are required to strictly maintain your confidentiality. All of our employees are subject to background checks and ongoing monitoring and are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with (and often exceed) Federal standards. We routinely test our systems and website to ensure that unauthorized access does not occur.
We offer the use of a highly secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our company database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. We do not store any credit card information, but we do securely store other sensitive information such as last 4 digits of social security number, date of birth and driver’s license information only for the period in which the application is being processed. Our policy is to encrypt sensitive information directly following the vetting process.
We maintain cyber liability insurance coverage in the event an unintended and unexpected breach of data occurs.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
